Our journey begins in Pakistan, where food was never just about eating—it was about

togetherness. We grew up in a home where our mother cooked over a clay hob and wood fire,

filling the air with rich aromas. As children, we would sit around, sharing meals, laughter, and

stories. Those moments shaped not only our taste but our understanding of what food truly

means: comfort, connection, and home.

Beyond our home, we were surrounded by the vibrant food culture of Lahore. The bustling food

streets, alive with color and flavor, introduced us to the magic of spices, slow cooking, and

recipes passed down through generations. It was there that we learned the art of blending

spices and creating dishes rooted in tradition.

Years later, our journey brought us to London, where we worked in restaurants and

experienced a world of diverse cuisines and cultures. This chapter refined our skills, broadened

our perspective, and deepened our appreciation for how food connects people from all walks of

life.

A few years ago, we made Kent our home. We embraced the community, the people, and the

slower pace of life—but something was missing. We longed for the authentic, soulful taste of

the food we grew up with. The kind of food that brings warmth, nostalgia, and a sense of
